Fence Repair in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Most fences fail at the posts first. A good repair company fixes the cause, like rotted posts or loose footings, not just the boards you can see.
- Solid wood with steel frame. The city approves it for privacy fences, and steel framing gives it a longer life in the heat.
- Solid vinyl privacy fence. Vinyl is on the approved list for privacy and does not need re-staining.

- On the street side of a corner lot, new fences and walls up to 6 feet must be set back at least 5 feet from the property line.
- At street corners, keep a clear visibility triangle with sides 20 feet long along each curb. At driveway or alley corners, the triangle has 10 foot sides. Nothing in it can be over 3 feet.
- Chain link is not allowed for screening or privacy in any zone, even with slats, plastic sheeting or privacy mesh.
